• California and New York City Residents: In our ongoing effort to protect the safety of the public and support law enforcement officers we only ship to California and New York City addresses you if you will be using this toy gun in a theatrical production as a prop or in a ceremonial activity.



• International
• We will provide proof that your package has been received by the United States Post Office (USPS). Our liability ends at the time the order is transferred to USPS. When you import goods into your country you are responsible for understanding your import rules. Costs for delays or non-delivery caused by postal services or customs are buyer?s responsibility.



• Return Policy
• Returns are accepted if Buyer notifies The Candlestick Maker of intent to return item within 30 days of Buyer's receipt of item. Cost of return shipping is buyer's expense. Cost of shipping to you is non-refundable. Returns for factory defects only - not improper toy selection. A restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from refund.
